Applicable sales tax will be collected on all orders when required by law.
We offer a lifetime limited warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturer defects. For instance, if your AeroBottle® fails against defects in materials or under normal use, please contact us with your order number and we will assist you as soon as possible to file a claim. If a valid claim is received, we will replace the affected parts or send a new product at no charge.

If you have purchased a product through www.aerobottleusa.com and would like to return it, please contact us with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions to process your return. Returned items must be in perfect and unused condition.
Please allow 7-10 business days to process a return from the time we receive the product. A full-refund will be issued within 30-45 days of purchase.
